Thank you for supporting Agnes & Dora. If you’re not completely happy with your Agnes & Dora purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date. (shipping fees are not included unless the item is damaged, in which case Agnes & Dora will cover shipping charges).

This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items.


To begin the exchange or return process:


Contact Support through the website: https://support.agnesanddora.com and open a new ticket. 


Fill out the ticket form. Be sure to have your order number handy! 


Shipping fees for exchanges are not included unless the product is damaged. If the product is damaged Agnes & Dora will pay the return shipping and create a return shipping label.
